Refunds Policy

In the event that Magpie Models refunds your payment the following procedures are adopted:

Refunds are always returned to the card issuer and then to the cardholder. In the event of the refund of a product bought as a gift the refund will be sent to the gift purchaser.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds, this takes into consideration merchant account procedures and card issuer policies.
